What is Hemp Oil?

Hemp Oil comes from the seeds of the Cannabis sativa plant. The oil itself is rich in essential fatty acids. The oil is obtained by pressing hemp seeds. Cold pressed, unrefined hemp oil has a dark green colour with a nutty flavour.

What is Hemp Oil good for?

The oil prevents moisture loss in the skin and is effective in maintaining the moisture balance. It can also be useful in alleviating certain skin conditions such as eczema, acne and psoriasis.
