Returns and claims

Customer satisfaction is very important to us; we will always do our very best so that you have a great customer experience.

After reviewing your feedback via email, we may offer you a return, a partial return or an online store credit note/voucher. 

RETURNS
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your email order confirmation). We only accept returns within 15 days of purchase. We do not give refunds for discounted items.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you are sending an item / several items valued at over £50, you should consider using a traceable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned products.


Once the item is received and checked by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of acceptance or rejection of the refund. If reimbursement is approved, the reimbursement will be to your first means of payment.
