What is Rosehip Oil?

Rosehip is a fruit that grows on the rosehip plant. It's full of vitamins C, A, and E and essential fatty acids. Rosehip has long been used medicinally for stomach problems, ulcers and osteoarthritis. Rosehip is also used in cooking and has a sour-sweet taste.

How can Rosehip Oil help skin?

Antioxidants from vitamin C can stimulate collagen production and reduce the appearance fine lines and wrinkles. Rosehip Oil penetrates the skin easily due to the small molecules of vitamin A, which enable it to sink deeper into the skin. Vitamin A also improves the skins moisture levels resulting in fewer lines and wrinkles developing.

Antioxidants fight free radicals that cause damage to the skin. Vitamin A, combined with essential fatty acids, help to improve skin tone, texture and pigmentation. The oil is deeply moisturising and calms redness, irritation, eczema and rosacea.
