My product got frozen in the post, is it ruined?

During the winter months, the product you ordered from us may be frozen when you receive it. Has the product then been damaged?

The answer is no. The product is not damaged even if it has been frozen. Our products are pure and natural ingredients that can be frozen without being destroyed, all nutrients are still present after thawing and the product is just as effective and completely in order. 

What should I do when the product is frozen?

Frozen face oil and / or serum:

You must thaw the product slowly. Do not heat it, as you may damage it. Leave your product at room temperature overnight. The next day it should be thawed. Shake the bottle extra well before opening and use the product as normal. 

Frozen face cleanser, cream or face mask:

You must thaw the product slowly. Do not heat it, as you may damage it. Leave your product at room temperature overnight. The next day it should be thawed. You may see that the product has differed a little, this works just fine, you only need to shake the bottle / stir the mask in the jar to mix it again. Use the product as normal.
